China is a large agricultural nation, along with the rapid development of information technology, the development of precision agriculture will be an inevitable trend of what our country agriculture will develop in the future, The combine yield-monitoring system is an important branch of precision agriculture technical practice, it is the model application of information technology, computer automation technology, 3S (GPS, GIS, RS) technology and weighing technology.In production, the yield-monitoring system works in atrocious environment and external disturbances will affect accuracy. The reliability and accuracy of the yield-monitoring system is an index to evaluate the quality of the products. The disturbance of vibration which occurred during operation is one of the major interference of the accuracy, thus the analysis and processing for the vibration signal of the yield-monitoring system are needed which to reach the goal of filtering vibration signal, in order to improve accuracy of the system.Firstly, the paper introduce the vibration signal measurement, analyses the importance of the industrial and agricultural production fields, the types and characteristics of vibration signal and the basic content of vibration signal processing. The basic content including that signal pretreatment, frequency domain and time domain processing, vibration signal data acquisition system.Secondly, the paper introduces in detail the basic method of random signal power spectrum estimation, window function, meanwhile, realized the vibration signal analysis in time and frequency domain with Signal Processing Toolbox in MATLAB. The work including that analysis frequency spectra of the vibration signal, according to the character of vibration signal spectrum range design IIR filter.Finally, the adaptive noise cancellation system is used to design filter, for meeting requirement that the filter parameters are changed with the change of the vibration signal, realized filter off the vibration signal, and enhances the performance of the filter. The realization of the signal processing depends on the MATLAB computing, sound library functions and graphical user interface function.
