This study, was carried out at 2006 ~ 2008, in Tianmin Seed Industry Co., Ltd experimental station of Henan Province. This study using an common cultivars of wheat and hexaploid triticale wheat to produce super-wheat Yumai66 and Lankaoaizao eight, to create new germplasm resources to enrich and expand the foundation of wheat genetic resources. Genetic feature is the initial factor that has an effect on wheat quality. However, superior planting measures can comparatively result in the enhancement of wheat yield and quality somehow within a certain dimension. The main results are as follows:(1) Especially tillers occurred more sensitive to environmental, and more nutrients need to the Super-Wheat growth and development. From the level of regulation of water and fertilizer, to reduce the disappearance of super-wheat tillering, to increase their rate of tillering, to grains per spike and thousand grain weight, to minimize its sensitivity to environmental conditions, and its help to improve the rate of super-wheat panicle.(2)Nitrogen fertilizer results show that: With the increase in the level of nitrogen, mature fring Number,1000-kernelweight and yield of yumai66 showed an increasing trend, 4:1:4.5(N3) is the largest treatment; With the increase in nitrogen fertilizer yield, protein content increased, but the amount of nitrogen application on the protein content was less affected, the impact on the yield significantly, and4:1:4.5(N3) yield, protein content are max; With the increase in nitrogen , sedimentation, wet gluten, ratio of sucking and stabilizing time increased, Weakness extent reduced significantly. Increased nitrogen fertilizer is conducive to promoting the Silty of Yumai 66. With the increase in the level of nitrogen, ears per mu, grains per ear, 1000-kernel weight and yield of Lankaoaizao eight increased before decreasing, 3:1:4.5(N2) is the largest treatment; With the increase in nitrogen fertilizer yield and protein content increased before decreasing, Maximum respectively 741.2 kg and 15.2%of 3:1:4.5(N2) treatment; With the increase in nitrogen, sedimentation, wet gluten, ratio of sucking, Processing time and stabilizing time increased before decreasing.(3)In density experiment, Yumai 66 with increased density, ears per mu and yield increased significantly, 300,000 / 667m2 (B3) treatment's yield was maximize; Yield and protein content with the planting density increases; However, the protein content of the various inter-treatment difference was not significant, 300,000 / 667m2 (B3) treatment's protein content as high as 14.6%; mature fring stage, 300,000 /667m2 (B3) treatment is highest. Lankaoaizao eight with increased density, ears per mu and yield increased significantly, 350,000 / 667m2 (C3)is best plant density for Lankaoaizao eight; Yield and protein content with the planting density increases; Maximum 15.6%; mature fring stage, 350,000 / 667m2 (C3) treatment is highest.(4)Experiment of sowing date results showed: with the delayed sowing date Yumai 66's mature fring number increased gradual, fring number increased before decreasing, 1000-kernel weight reduced gradually, yield of October 12 (D2) was largest; the protein content of Yumai 66 was significantly affected by the sowing date, October 12 (D2) the yield and protein content reached the maximum, so Yumai 66's best sowing date is October 12 (D2). Sowing Date on Lankaoaizao eight's mature fring number, fring number and yield was impact significant, effect on 1000-kernelweight was insignificant, October 22 (D3) yield was the greatest; Lankaoaizao eight's protein content was less affected by sowing date, with the sowing date postponed protein content gradually increased, October 22 (D3)'s yield and protein content had reached the maximum, Lankaoaizao eight's the best sowing date was October 22 (D3).Based on the above, the two super-wheat cultivation techniques were integrated. Yumai 66's best fertilizer nitrogen was 4:1:4.5 (N3); the best density was 300,000 /667m2 (B3); the best sowing date was mid-October. Lankaoaizao eight's best fertilization program was 3:1:4.5 (N2); the best density was 300,000 /667m2 (C3); the best sowing date was late October.
