The quality of kernel is affected not only by the heredity characters of breed but also the environment conditions and cultivation treatments.On the ecological environment,because of different light,temperature,humidity,fertility,and soil type, even for the same cultivar,the quality will be different.In this research,the climate character of Anyang,including light,temperature,precipitation,and the soil condition were analyzed.Based on the experiments conducted on sowing date,fertilizing,and density in county Huaxian in two consecutive years,2003-2004 and 2004-2005,the influence of the key cultivation techniques on its yield on quality was discussed. Furthermore the planting technical system was optimized on the base of studies results.In density experiment,when seedlings were between 80 and 120×10~3/667m~2,the yield was very low.When seedlings were between 160 and 200×10~3/667m~2,higher density got lower yield and the difference of yield was notable.There was no effect on protein content of kernel,total amount of protein,rigidity,sedimentation,wet-gluten in and dry-gluten in by density of seedlings.It showed that the density,of seedling had no effect on quality of wheat and had effect on yield of wheat from these research results.It was found that the yield and quality was obviously promoted with 15kg Ca and nitrogen fertilizer per 667m~2 meanwhile with the existence of organic,potassium, and phosphor fertilizer in jointing period in fertilization experiment.With the increase of nitrogen level,kernels per ear and yields increased.But there was little difference between different nitrogen fertilization treatments.The yield with nitrogen fertilization treatments was significantly higher than control.When the nitrogen fertilization was greater than 15kg/667m~2,the yield didn't increase much more.It was also found that the protein content of kernels was increased to delay the timing of nitrogen fertilization.From the points of yield,quality,benefit and ecological security, the key point of higher-gluten in increasing yield and quality is the balance of nitrogen fertilizer,phosphor fertilizer and potassium fertilizer and the proportion and the optimized amount of nitrogen fertilizer based on enough organic fertilizer.Average filling tempo appeared significantly different because of different sowing dates and both early and late sowing were not beneficial to the ear number, grain number,weight of one thousand grain and yield for per unit area.Late sowing can not significantly reduce globular protein and increase the albumin, ethanol-soluble protein and gluten in.The rough protein increased significantly with the delaying of sowing date in accordance with the region and the particular year becomes crucial to the high-quality wheat production.For these reasons,The strong gluten bread wheat's high production cultural techniques under the climate conditions of Anyang were summarized as follows:The suitable density of Yumai 34 about 160,000/667m2 basic seedlings.The sowing date of Gao 8901 is about October 16.The better quantity of nitrogenous fertilizer may control about 15kg/667m2 under the conditions of organic,potassium and phosphor fertilizer be used as base fertilizer.Among them,the basic fertilizer compared to supplemental fertilizer is 5:5.It is suitable to utilize nitrogenous fertilizer 7.5kg/667m2 in jointing period.On above research foundations and investigating of the strong gluten bread wheat in Anyang and Unifying the domestic and foreign high quality wheat production tendency,We proposed some countermeasures and the measures in developing strong gluten bread wheat in Anyang in the future:Firstly,we should strengthen the research of high yield and high quality cultivation technology of the strong gluten bread wheat.Secondly,adjusting wheat the variety and the quality structure according to the market demand is particularly important.Thirdly,is speeding up the cultural technique promotion of the strong gluten bread wheat.Fourthly,implementing the high quality wheat standardization and construction high quality special-purpose wheat quality safeguard system are necessary.Finally,we also should speed up steps of production base construction of high quality wheat and developing the regionalizing planting,the industrial production and management.
