This article has made a brief outline to the theoretical investigation about biologic straw stalk solidify shaped. And introduce the meaning for developing briquetting straw fodder. I take an aim at the design of straw (feedstuff) briquetting machine, and determine the integrated design scheme for briquetting machine, the hydraulic pressure system was counted in detail, and the basic parameter of it was determined. According to designing conceive, principal part was designed which was named compressing room. I determine parameter of the compressing room, and establish three-dimensional entity model for every part. The mechanism was assembled with part models, according to calculation and the model designing, Identified the straw stalk feedstuff compression machine overall design, produce the straw stalk feedstuff compression machine of YY-Kxl8.5-â… type, the machine can complete the task for the continuous press, there is the sense of having achieved a high performance, low failure rate, low power.The ancillary equipments of the straw feed molding machine such as rubbing machine, spray machine, the straw supplying mechanism and straw outlet gate were designed. Concluded that: The forming density meet the medium-density requirements when biomass moisture content of about 13%to 25%, it is not fluffy and relatively stable; there is poor effect, high energy, heating to soften, bulk bagging process easier to spread and not conducive to storage and transport when misture content is too small;It is easier to compress the process of precipitation water, block-type is not easy to maintain stable, need to tether, difficulty storage when misture content is too hign; U-type of material should be different from that of the taper for different lignin content,we can adjust frictional resistance of the material,it can to accomplish different types of compression molding biomass;The molding cycle is about 56s in ensuring the basic shape, for security to the time required for the premise; If the stalks of raw materials with lower water through a heating device heating;It is expected to soften,it can not only save power, but also to meet the forming requirements, effectively reduces the energy consumption for product, extended the service life of wearing parts.
