First, the use of Henan Province,22 counties (cities) in 1970 to 2005, meteorological data, from the basic elements of climate sunshine, temperature, precipitation, the pairs of Henan Province in recent 35 years, the characteristics of light and temperature of water resources and their development trends of the analysis and evaluation of, thus revealing a different latitude regions of Henan Province under the agro-climatic conditions, ecological environmental change and its impact on agriculture.Henan Province in recent 35 years (1970-2005 years) to the number of hours sunshine of wheat volatile; average annual sunshine percentage, Jun Cheng clear downward trend.Henan Province, the average annual temperature of an upward trend, from 14.3℃to 70 age 2005 14.6℃,35-year increase of 0.3℃, the coefficient of variation 3.4%; in central Henan Province, Zhengzhou and Xinxiang increased considerably, reaching more than 1℃, increase in other regions were 0.6℃below. Between inter-annual changes in the larger area is north of Anyang, coefficient of variation up to 4.1%, other regions in less than 4%.Between inter-annual changes in precipitation in Henan Province from the 80's began to become larger, but no significant trend, the average fluctuation in the 730mm or so, considerable variation between inter-annual variation coefficient 22-33%, which is affecting crops and stable yield important one of the factors. The distribution of precipitation was decreasing trend from south to north, south Xinyang highest in the north Anyang, Xinxiang and western Sanmenxia lowest in the region. The results showed that: In view of Henan Province to improve wheat production in different latitudes of the way to north-central regions to select high-yielding varieties, the development of artificial irrigation, and give full play to the resource potential of the area light and temperature to further improve light utilization in the southern region should give full play to precipitation potential, to adjust the layout of the development of rain-fed agriculture to improve water use efficiency.Third, through the 2007-2008 testing in Henan Province,22 points (latitude 32°~36°) with a representative selection of six of the semi-winter wheat varieties and the weak spring set planting experiment was conducted at different latitudes in Henan Province eco-environmental conditions, wheat, light and temperature status of water resources, as well as variety, sowing date and density on wheat yield and improve the potential of light-temperature water to use way.
