The changment on content of the ROP GTPase and the shape of microfilament cytoskeleton were researched studied in order to study the reparation effect on wheat when the seedlings of wheat(Jin mai NO.8)were exposed to He-Ne laser irradiation (5mW·mm-2) and enhanced UV-B radiated radiation(10.08kJ·m-2·d-1),the results were showed as follows:1)The ROP GTPase which was purified through the improved methods was identified by SDS-PAGE. The result showed that the purified ROP GTPase was a kind of protein whose molecular weight is 23-28 KDa,Whose ROP GTPase contents have been higher than CK group after the UV-B irradiation wheat young seedling GTPase time on the first seven days,have arrived at Sixth day ROP GTPase contents coming down having been lower than contents of CK group finally on the seventh day,at the same time, It Shows that the enhanced UV-B radiation promoted the ROP GTPase synthesis on certain a period of time degree,ROP GTPase presents to positive correlativity with strengthening UV-B radiation on the earlier stage, UV-B radiation assume the effect was promoted synthesis of the enzyme2) The reparation effects of the wheat which were exposed to He-Ne laser irradiation (5mW·mm-2) and the enhanced UV-B radiated radiation (10.08kJ·m-2·d-1) were studied through the activity of the ROP GTPase. The contents that He-Ne laser owes zymoprotein before the seven day always are lower than the contents that CK groups, ROP GTPase contents rise when having arrived at Sixth day having exceeded the contents that CK groups on the seventh day, The result showed that the He-Ne laser can also inhibitant the activity of the ROP GTPase obviously. It makes the the content of ROP GTPase coming down Haveing arrived at later stage zymoprotein contents more than contents of CK group, The ROP GTPase signal transduction as a molecular switch leading the great quantity expressing in later stage, this results comes to renovate besides DNA is damaged guessing that plant restores system depending on starting self's brightness, He-Ne laser also may restore DNA leading approach by the fact that the signal transduction pathway having boosted brightness restoring approach on certain degree,lighten the damage to wheat DNA thereby.3) passes wheat young seedling ROP GTPase contents change, studies He-Ne laser checks the renovation effect strengthening UV-B radiation wheat young seedling.But ROP GTPase contents being protease's turn in the first eight days time by that the UV-B irradiation and He-Ne laser-treated wheat young seedling has been higher than CK group, former the six days time UV-B group lower than single-handed treatment, has arrived at seventh days protease's contents coming down having been lower than the contents that CK group on the eighth day,has explained UV-B radiation combining having promoted that protease in Initial stage, that enzyme combine having promoted ROP GTPase in initial stage but having restrainedin later stage.Wang Xiao Hua,Han Rong to study the He-Ne laser indicating low dosages may act on various enzyme,passing the enzymatic activity change makes the membrane loss get an upkeep, and to alleviate the UV-B radiation of wheat seedlings membrane lipid peroxidation,the growth having maintained plant's crop beneficial to regularly metabolizing using personal influence,'s thereby develops.
