B radiation in transition zone. While He-Ne laser reduced the bundle rate and increased thedisperse filaments rate. Exogenous add IAA and H2O2induced the actin filamentsdistributed as bundles and plaque like.3. Actin filaments took part in all periods of mitotic cell cycle. The F-actin ringstructure wrapped the nucleus in the interphase and participated in the PPB formation in theprophase. In the metaphase, the actin filaments packaged the spindle and distributed in thecell poles. After entered into the anaphase, actin filaments formed into the phragmoplastwhich expanded from the center of cell plate to both ends. In the telophase, the F-actin ringstructure reformed and slimsy actin filaments distributed in the cytoplasm. Exogenous addCB and JAS induced abnormal mitosis. The CB induced the nucleus changed into irregularshapes from the round. The JAS induced the thick bundles actin filament formation and thenucleus could not separate correctly.4. Many abnormal mitochondrial were found in wheat meristem zone after treated withUV-B radiation include the “partition bundle division”. Actin filaments participated in theabnormal division formation after treated by UV-B radiation. UV-B radiation induced thickactin filaments bundles formed and the F-actin ring deleted in the interphase. In thepreprophase, the PPB could not formed correctly. After entered into the metaphase, the actinfilaments distributed as plaque like bodies. The chromosomes could not spread withequatorial plate due to the damaged actin filaments showed fade power to pull the spindle.In the anaphase, actin filaments in the cell poles agglutinated in punctiform and inhibitedthe pragmoplast formation. Then the chromosomes could not separate normally and formed“partition bundle division”. In the telophase, the daughter cell walls couldn’t be formed andmultinuclear cells appeared.5. The nuclear actin could be labeled by Ph-FITC. The nuclear actin changed intoinattentive around the nucleolus and nuclear membrane exposed to enhanced UV-Bradiation.6. The concentration of G-actin decreased after treated with UV-B radiation. It wassimilar with the JAS treatments, while the highest concentration of G-actin was the CB treatment. The results of real-time PCR showed the ACTIN expression was not changed inall treatments.7. The CdTe-QDs could be up taken by wheat roots and induced programmed cell death.The CdTe-QDs and UV-B radiation showed additive effects with wheat seedlings.This work is the first study on how the actin filaments respond to He-Ne laser repairedthe damage effects of UV-B radiation, includes “bending roots” and “partition bundledivision”. On one hand, this work could improve the information of signal transduction onhow plant responded to UV-B radiation. On the other hand, this study could supply someexperiment basis on the plant cell mitosis theory. Above all, this work showed all-importance and necessary.
