The Effect Of Effective Element Of Austragalus To Pathology And IL-6 In The Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis Rat

Objective To explore the effect of Astragalus polysacchride, Astragalus flavonoids and Astragaloside to the rat model of the Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis ( MsPGN) by the change of pathology in rat's glomerular and the interluekin-6 in urinary and blood, and to find out the effective element of Astragalus. Methods Intravenous dadministration of anti-rat thymocyte serum, which reacts with a Thy-I-like antigen present on rat glomerular mesangial cells,caused the MsPGN model of SD rat , then feed the Astragalus polysacchride, Astragalus flavonoids and Astragaloside by the high, medium and low dosage at 10 every morning for a week, then observe the change of pathology in rat's glomerular and measure the interluekin-6 in urinary and blood. Result Astragalus polysacchride can reduce the quantity of albuminuria and decrease the quantity of IL-6 in urinary and blood, can control the hyperplasia of the rat glomerular mesangial cells and the manifold of the mesangial matrix ,and prevent the deposite of IgG and C3 alexin .It is significantly superior to the Astragalus flavonoids and Astragaloside (P
