Research On Quality Assurance Of CT Scaners And It's Computerbased Auto-Testing System

CT (Computerized Tomography) is playing a significant role in modern hospitals, and it's condition affects the accuracy of diagnosis and the therapeutic results, so QA (Quality Assurance) for CT is very important. According to the need of implementation of QA for CT, it's necessary to develop a computer-based auto-testing system for QA of CT. In this paper, based on the study of the testing principle for the parameters of CT scanners, we developed a computer-based auto-testing system for QA of CT scanners. The main contents include: 1 On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the methods and theory for testing the parameters of CT scanners, some testing methods are improved; 2 With illuminating the researching thoughts of computer- based auto-testing system for QA of CT ,we developed the methods for auto-testing the parameters of CT scanners and accomplished the system; 3 The parameters of several CT scanners are automatically tested using the system, and the results are compared with those of traditional testing methods. The system is validated.
