Objective When one or double factors such as fire-arm injury, sun stroke, burn, hyperthermia were involved, a series changes in immunology and pathophysiology may be induced, But when fire-arm injury occurred in a hot and humid environment, the organis?immunocompetent changes are poorly understanded. This studies were designed to explore the characters of rnicrocirculation and immunOcompetent changes of mononuclear cells under this special military circumstance ,which may do favour to the clinic treatment perk rmed in such a fatal environment. Material and methods 18 mongrel canines were divided into 3 groups at random: hot and humid environment group(1-IHEO); ordinary environment group(OEG); thermo-adaptive group(TAG). All the dogs had a general anesthesia and fixed in a dorsal position, The injuried position was localized in the bilateral thighs where the muscle was full, nevertheless the nerve, vessel and femur bone should be protected. As soon as the injury was induced, the dogs were placed into the setting environment: The OEO (Tdb 27.420c眑.370c, Rh 50.25%?.47%); The HHEG and TAG (Tdb 36.00c+ 0.3%, Rh 68.0% ?3.0%). Then the peripheral venous blood specimen (EDTA anti-coagulating) and skeletal muse leles (1cm away from the wound tract) were collected at a setting interval, the following indexes would be measured. 1. Pathological Observing and Pathophysiologieal detecting: ~l muscle tissue paraffin imbedding, filleting, H-F Staining, and observing under 10)(~. 40 X microscope; ~ blood viscosity detecting. 2. Monitoring the dynamic changes of the Neutrophil CDI Ia, CDI lb expression in the peripheral venous blood using mAb-FACS-immuno- fluerescence technique.. 3. Monitoring the dynamic changes of the perpheral blood Lymphocyte subsets including CD4~, CO8~,CDl la~,CDl lb~ expression post-trauma using mAb-FACS-immuno- fluerescence technique.. Results I .The outcomes of Pathological observing and Pathophysiological -4- detecting: ~7D4h in HHEG saw a widespread microembolus and hyaline degeneration of the microvessel wall, 8h in HHEG saw focal necrosis of muscle fibers and abscessation, which appear earlier than in OEG; while the 4W situation in TAG was better than that in HHEG at the same time. ㏕he Hemorheologic changes in HHEG were notable than that in OEG, At various shear rate, the whole blood viscosity decreased to the lowest point at O.5h past trauma, subsequently increased linearly, the plasm and erythrocyte aggregation indexes increased in the coincidence tendency with time, while the HCT maintained mild changes in the entire course. 2. The CDL La,CD1 lb expression of the peripheral blood neutrophils (PMNs) counting in OEG increased shortly after the injury, the 4h found a second peak lasting out a longer period which was higher but shorter in the experiment group; Only one peak was present in TAG, and thermo-trainning can significantly prolong the platform stage of the peak and decrease the level; while the local germ counting and pathological results associated with the expression of CD 11 a,CD 11 b in phase. 3. The complex factors see a temporary increase (lh p
