Study On The Lever Of Lipid Peroxidation,glucose And Lipid Of Serum In Criminal Policemen

Objective To investigate the lever of metabolism of lipid and to find the sensitive index of cardiovascular health monitor hr the criminal policemen, we measured and analyzed the lever of malondialdehehyde (MDA) , glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), superoxide disrnutade (SOD)~ total cholesterin(rC), glycerideCfG),low density lipopmtein(IDLrC)~high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),glucose(GLU) respectively, so we can offer an important sensitive index for the prevent of cardiovascular disease especially for the coronary heart disease(CHD). Method By cluster-sampling, 68 criminal policemen in a police unit and 84 inside job personnel in the city抯 public security bureau attended the study. We measured the concentration of MDA, GSH-Px, SOD, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and GLU in the blood and we analyzed the results accordingly. Result the concentration of MDA,SOD in the criminal policemen are higher than the control, GSH-Px is lower than control and have statistic significant In the three index ,the abnormal rate are higher than control, and SOD,GSH-Px have statistic significant The mean value of TC, TG,LDL- C and coronary artery sclerosis index(Al) are all higher in criminal policemen than in control, and have statistic significant The abnormal rates are difference in HDL-C and Al and have statistic significant The concentration of MDA has negative correlalion ~vith GSH-Px HDL-C, but has positive correlaiion with SOD and duration Conclusion: occupational stress can influence the metabolism of lipid by changing the lever of lipid peroxide and the activity of anti-oxide enzyme. The concentration of serum MDA, activity of SOD and the concentration of serum HDL-C can be used as the important monitor index for the prevention of cardiovascular disease especially for CHD in the criminal policemen...
