Although it has been concluded that tissue in-vitro is obvious ditTerentfrom vivi-tissue in optical properties, the changes of human s1cin whendetected in-vitro is still unclear and the optical properties of vivi-skin wasbeing under review. Based on the theQry of Kubelka-Munk, it has beendiscussed the optical properties of skin in yellow race and pigmented-disease tissue. The formulary on light-absorption ratio of human skin hasbeen obtained from a mode1 of 1ight transport in skin which is ana1yzed inthe thesis. And the method fOr detecting the optica1 properties of vivi-skinis established. So it is achieved for the first time that detects the vivi-skinfOr absorption spectrum. Moreover, the optica1 properties of pigmented-disease tissue was inferred theoretical1y and was tested real-time withoutdamage. On the basis of the test result, pigmenteddisease skin isclassified which may be used to assist quantitative diagnose and c1inical1aser treatment. Finally the detecting p1atform to assist laser treatment isestablished.
