The Comparation On Th1/Th2 In Pleural Effusion With That In Peripheral Blood Of Patients With Advanced Lung Cancer

Objective To study the effect of helper T cells (Thl and Th2) and its important significance in judging prognosis of patients with lung cancer.Method Interferon-7(INF-7)and interleukin-4 (IL-4) is detected in plasma and pleural effusion in patients with advanced lung cancer by enzyme-linked immunoassay, INF-Vand IL-2 deputy activity of Thl and Th2 separately. Meanwhile, to detect T lymphocyte subgroup and odds of AgNORs/ nucleus surface in peripheral blood lymphocyte in advanced lung cancer. To study the relationship of helper T( Thl and Th2) between peripheral blood and pleural effusionthe relationship between T lymphocyte subgroup and the odds of AgNORs/ nucleus surface in peripheral blood ;the relationship between prognosis and change of ThCThl and Th2) in peripheral blood.Result Thl in patients with advanced lung cancer is lower than that in patients with tuberculosis in both peripheral blood and pleural effusion(P<0. 05) . To compare Th( Thl and Th2) in pleural effusion with that in peripheral blood in patients with advanced lung cancer, the two changes are coincidental (P>0. 05). For significant curative effect , there is increasing tendency of Thland Thl/Th2 in post-treatment than in pretreatment, it is significant in statistics (P<0. 05) . For insignificant curative effect and progressive state of an illness, there is decreasing tendency of Thl/Th2 in post-treatment than in pretreatment ( P < 0. 05). Compared with normal control, CD4T T,CD4+/CD84 T are low and CD8+ T is high in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subgroup in patients with advanced lung cancer (P<0. 05) .T lymphocyte in peripheral blood and the ratio of AgNORs/nuclues surface decrease in patients with advanced lung cancer(P<0. 05). T lymphocyte subgroup and Thl,Thl/Th2 in peripheral blood is positive correlation , the change of the two is coincidental, which can response the their levels and changing tendency with each other. Their changes of T lymphocyte subgroup and ThKThl/Th2 in lung cancer patients is coincidental.Conclution Thl, Thl/Th2 in peripheral blood can stand for Thl,Thl/Th2 in pleural effusion in patients with advanced lung cancer . Helper T (Thl,Thl/Th2 ) T lymphocyte subgroup and the ratio of AgNORs/nucleus surface in peripheral blood are important marker to diagnose lung cancer and judge prognosis in patients with advanced lung cancer. They support and verify mutually, which become important marker to diagnose advanced lung cancer and judge prognosis.
