The objects of thesis are to search the anti-tumor active constituents of Taxus cuspidata Sieb. et Zucc.and to establish the procedure for extracting and isolating the taxane diterpenoids typified Taxol and some flavones typified Sciadopitysin in order to use the resources reasonably.Based on the method of Serum Pharmacochemistry of TCM,the author analyzed the components in the serum of rats after oral administration of ethanol extracts of the stems and needles of Taxus cuspidata, and mapped the chromatography of serum containing drug. Guiding by the chromatography, the active constituents were isolated and collected by using macropore-adsorbed resin. At the same time, the author studied fingerprint of the active constituents by HPLC, and have defined seven characterized peaks, and their relative retention time and the odds of relative area by making taxol as inter-standard.Further, the quantitative analysis have been carried out, the total diterpenoids content in active constituents is 68.06% by the method of chromatometry, the taxol content is 3.42% by HPLC, and the sciadopitysin content is 13.92% by HPLC.
