Part I The inhibition effect on the lung cancer cell poliferation by DDP, ADM and VCRPurpose: This study was to detect the effect of DDP ADM and VCR on human lung cancer cell line HTB-56S and DDP resistant cell line HTB-56R in vitro. Methods: MTT assay was used to measure the inhibition of growth rate of HTB-56S and DDP resistant cell line HTB-56R cells. Results: The result showed that DDP and ADM were resistanted to the HTB-56R cells, and their RF were 23.32 13.44 10.30 times and 18.19. 11.08 8.35 times at 24h 48h 72h. On the other hand, VCR was sensitived to HTB-56R cells, and its RF were 1,40 1.63 1.64 times at 24h 48h and 72h. Conclusion: HTB-56R cell line shows the character of multidrug resistance.
