[Objectivej: To study the pharmacodynamics effect of the CongErJian(CEL) drug granules on Alzheimer's Disease(AD) model mice.[Methods]: The AD model was reproduced by abdominal injection with D ?galactose and gastral-irrigation with aluminium chloride respectively. The mice were injected with scopolamine to cause memory-obtained obstacle model, erinitait sodium to cause memory-solidify obstacle model, ethyl alcohol to cause memory-reoccurrence obstacle model. The Cholinesterase (CHE) activity and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in brain tissue were measured by Test Kit. The electricity labyrinth and swimming trial were carried out to confirm the really effect in improving memory and the pyramidal cell in Hippocampus CA( area of the path-histology slice was counted from microscope.[Results]: CEJ drug granules has its effect on the reproduced AD model mice as follows: improving the memory as a result of obviously increasing the correct times of electricity labyrinth reaction, decreasing the activity of CHE and increasing the activity of SOD in brain tissue and decreasing the loss of pyramidal cell in Hippocampus CAj, prolonging strikingly the time of swimming and anti-hypoxia ability of the model mice with Qi-deficiency snydrome. The difference of All the findings in the experiment is significantly compared between the experiment group and control groups.[Conclusions]: The CongErJian(CEL) prescription was effective onAlzheimer'sDisease(AD) model mice and has its pharmacodynamic materialfoundation.
