The Chinese medicinal guijing theory is an important part of the theories of TCM, plays an essential role in instructing clinical pharmacy. At present there are five methods in studying the Chinese medicinal guijiny theory, induding the observation of the active composition distribution and the microelements distribution in vivo, the observation of the pharmacological efficacy, the observation of the variation of the cAMP/cGMP and the receptor theory. Each theory exists some defects, so at present we can't explain the essence of the theory in detail. In order to further disclose the essence, auther studies the guijing of Cinnamormum cassin Presl and Epimedium sagittatum. The method derives from the observation of the variation of the cAMP/cGMP In this expement,we apply the animal model of kidney-yang-deficiency, using MDA, MAO, NO in heart and liver as marker. Result shows, comparing with model group, the content of MDA in encephalon, kidney, MAO in liver, NO in heart and brain of mice in Epimedium sagittatum group varies greatly, the content of MDA in heart, encephalon, liver, kidney, large intestine and stomach of mice in Cinnamomum cassia Presl.group varies remarkably. The result is in accordance with traditional guijing theory, so the observation of special organ marker apply to studying the theories of TCM.To some extent,this method, can reflect the essence of The Chinese medicinal guijing theory.
