60 patients of acute cerebral hemorrhage (ACH) were randomly divided into two groups: one is the scalp point penetration group, the other is the drug group. Every group was both 30 patients. Selected the clinical curative effect, nervous functional mark, endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) as indexes. In order to study the mechanism of radio immunoprecipitation assay (RIA) in the treatment of ACH by the scalp point penetration. The result showed that :1 The amount of ET in plasma was decreased obviously by two methods after treatment. But comparison between the two groups, the acupuncture group was more obviously difference ( P<0.01).2 The amount of CGRP in plasma was decreased obviously by two methods after treatment. But comparison between the two groups, the acupuncture group was more obviously difference3 After treatment the two methods improved the nervous functional mark. The comparison by self showed obvious difference. Inter-group comparison was obviously different ( P<0.01).4 After treatment the two methods improved the quality mark of life. The comparison by self showed obvious difference. Inter-group comparison was obviously different ( P<0.01).The scalp point penetration can adjust the level of plasma ET and CGRP to a dynamic balance and improve the patients' quality of life. Scientific basis was provided to the treatment of ACH by the scalp point penetration.
