Objective To enhance clinical doctor's diagnosis of Behcet's disease and decrease the missed diagnosis misdiagnose for Behcet's disease. we discuss Behcet's disease patient's clinical manifestations laboratory examinations and characteristic of their treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis 38 cases of Behcet's disease's clinical data. Results In our patients, most of them manifest recurrent oral and genital ulcerations, skin lesions and ocular inflammation . There are 17 cases whose first syndrome manifest oral ulcers(44.74%), during the whole disease period, the incidence of oral ulcers is 97.37%, Among them, the positive proportions of pathergy test are 71.05%, There are 5 cases examine ANCA and 4 of them are positive , According to the patient's state of illness , we gave them corticosteroid , immunosuppressant, thalidomide, diamino-diphenyl sulfone , solo or combine , Three patient's were heald, others were ameliorated . Conclusions Clinical doctors should pay attention to the patients who complain their recurrent oral ulcers and carry out examination of ANCA maybe enhance the diagnosis of Behcet's disease ,...
