Clinical Research On Hyperlipidemia Therapy Of Jiang Zhi Tong Mai Pills

Arm To select effective lowering fat drugs which provide reliable evidence of clinical therapy. Method First we formulated the standard of Hyperlipidemia : Cholesterin (TC) > 5. 7mmol/L , Glyceryltrioleate (TG) > 1. 7 mmol/L, High-density lipoprotein (HDL-ch) < 0.91mmol/L , Low-density lipoprotein(LDL-ch)>4.11 mmol/L , Applipoprotein A-I(APOA-I)< 1. Og/L, Applipoprotein B(APOB) >1. 2 g/L, APOA-I/APOB<1. 30. We choiced cases with TC or TG or HDL-ch or LDL-ch or one of APOA-I or APOB or APOA-I/APOB. Then we Compared with control group with included 30 patients treated with Yue Jian Chao Pills, We made clinical observation of 60 hyperlipidemia patients treated withpure traditional medicine --Jiang Zhi Tong Mai Pills .Beforetreatment and after 60 days later, We observed the clinical symptom and did some examination: TC, TG, HDL-ch, LDL-ch, APOA-I, APOB. Excellent: lowering TC > 2 0 % or TG > 4 0 % or LDL-ch > 2 0 % or increasing HDL-ch 0.2 6 mmol/L; Effective: lower ing TCI 0 - 1 9 % or TG 2 0 ~ 3 9 % or LDL-ch 1 0 - 1 9 % or increasing HDL-ch 0. 11-0.26 mmol/L; Invalid : the laboratory examination could not reach valid standard. Results 1 We observed with the clinical curative effect ,there were significant difference between the therapy croup and the contrast one(X 2=3.894, P<0.05). 2 We observed with improving clinical eympotom , there were difference between the therapy croup and the contrast one( P
