With the "qi-blood" theory of traditional Chinese medicine study as a guideline, combining modern research result, on basis of anti-anoxia function of medicine on organism, adopting Chinese traditional medical prescriptions, by means of experimental research of optimum dosage screening, anti-anoxia effect and its traditional Chinese medicine, function mechanism and its anti-anoxia traditional Chinese medicine shall be studied. Purpose of the study focuses on observing anti-anoxia function of the prescription, and it will lay a sound foundation for further production of the prescription.Experimental animals shall select Kunming type healthy mice, 20?g, fifth-fifty for female and male, mice shall be raised at the same conditions. Mouse shall be provided by Experimental Animal Center of Changchun Biologicals Institute.Compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation consists of 20 medical herbs such as ginseng, red-spotted stonecrop, Codonopsis pilosula, Angelica sinensis, lavender, chrysanthemum, sealwort, Tuckahoe, lily bulb, red flower, radix ophiopogonis, fruit of Chinese wolfberry, licorice root etc. The preparation is extracted through being stewed in water, and is reserved in refrigerator. The preparation is provided by Military Supplies University of People's Liberation Army.Experimental study of optimum dosage for Compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation: 3 dosage groups shall be prepared, representing low, medium, high dosage groups, of which comparison group is physiological saline. Normal-pressure anti-anoxia experiment and acute cerebral ischemia anoxia experiment are conducted. Experiment result: in normal-pressure anti-anoxia experiment, 3 dosage groups will prolong survival time of mice; while survival time of mice in medium dosage group shall be the longest, which is longer than that of comparison group by 9.84%. in acute cerebral ischemia anoxia experiment, number of mouth opening without head for mice of 3 dosage groups is obviously greater than that of comparison group,30.77% higher than that of low dosage group, 25.64% higher than that of medium dosage group, 25.13% higher than that of high dosage group. Comprehensive evaluation of above two experiment results show that dosage in medium dosage group is the optimum dosage, that is 0.3ml/each mouse.Medical effect research of compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation: experiment group and physiological saline comparison group shall be prepared to conduct random grouping variance analysis, normal-pressure anti-anoxia experiment and acute cerebral ischemia anoxia experiment at experimental animals. Experiment result: no obvious difference in weight between experiment group mouse and comparison mouse; in normal-pressure anti-anoxia experiment, survival time of experiment group mice is longer than that of comparison group mice by 9.1%, in acute cerebral ischemia anoxia experiment, number of mouth opening without head in experimental group mouse is greater than that of comparison group mouse by 62.4%. Result shows that the compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation shall strengthen anti-anoxia ability of mouse.Experimental research of effect on mouse organism: experiment group and comparison group shall be prepared to conduct experiment research on effect of mouse weight by compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation and experimental research on effect of mouse blood picture with mouse stomach being poured for 22 days, and experiment research on effect of mouse blood picture with mouse stomach being poured within 12 hours.
