Experimental Study On Anti-tumor Action Of Yiailing

Objective: To research the anti-tumor action and the act mechanismof Yiailing (YAL).Methods: Observe and inspect the anti-tumor effect of the S-180 sarcoma and the H22 liver cancer of the medicine in the animal body by the anti-tumor experiment and the inspection of the Pathology morphology observation ; inspect the anti-proliferation effect of the medicine to the MGC-803 gastric cancer cell line in vitro by experiment of sero-pharmacology .The experiment adopt Kunming Variety little rats put in S-180 sarcoma cells and H22 liver cancer cells fractionation , by the drench of the YAL 10 days .Then take the tumor structure and weigh up theirs weights ,account the restraint ability of the medicine by formulary ,take the Pathology sample from the tumor body and dye it through HE coloration ,check it by the optics microscope, discription the effect by four ways: the growth degree of the tumor ,the necrosis degree of tumor cell, lymphocyte fashion degree , and the degree of tumor cell was destroyed surround the lymphocyte be described through 3 levels. Results: 1.YAL has a clear action to resist the tumor S180, and the results showed us : the rate of restrain in the small dosage group was 15﹪, in the middle dosage was 35%(P﹤0.05), and in the large dosage was 54%( P﹤0.01). 2. YAL has resisted the liver cancer-H22 evidently: the rate of restrain in small dosage group was 26%, in the middle dosage was 22.7%, and in the large dosage was 58.4%( P﹤0.01). 3.The pathologic results of examining the tumor S180: the range of tumor necrosis had broadened, the number of infiltrating lymphocyte and neutrality leucocyte had increased, and the number of the vascular reaction had also increased. And all of these were built on the fact that comparing between the experimental group and the control group. 4. The pathologic results of observing the tumor which had inoculated the liver cancer-H22: the experimental group and the control group were compared to show us that the degree of the tumor growing and the range of necrosis had increased, and the infiltrating lymphocyte and the degree of forming the machinery liking lympth node had increased, and the destroyed degree of oncocyte beside the lymphocyte had also increased. 5.The results of sero-pharmacology: the rate of restrain achieved about 27.83% which the serum with medicine (ten times group), by the drench of the YAL, resisted the cell stain of stomach cancer MGC-803, while the another group (20 times group), the rate of restraining was 27.21%. and there were the obvious differences between experimental group and the negative control group (P﹤0.01).Conclusions: 1.The YAL had the effect of restraining the mouse's sarcoma S180, and the action maybe realize by the infiltrating of lymphocyte and restraining the angiogenesis; 2.The YAL existed the effect that it could restrain the mouse's liver cancer-H22, and it perhaps could be realized by the infiltrating of lymphocyte and forming the machinery liking lympth node. ; 3. The serum with medicine, by the drench of the YAL, which could restrain the growth of the cell stain of stomach cancer MGC-803.
