Dividing compound Qi-Xue-Bing-Zhi-Fang into three compositions: fiavone, saponin and alkaloid , and using different solvent systems to distill them , thus it has been found that 90 , 3 times, each times take 2hr, 80% ethanol solution showed the most strongest extracting ability of the total flavone, 90 , 4 times(the first and second time take o.5hr, the third time take 1hr and the forth time take 4hr), 60% ethanol solution showed the most strongest extracting ability of the total saponin, 90 , 3times, each times take 1.5hr, 60% ethanol solution showed the most strongest extracting ability of the total alkaloid. When using HPLC-MS to confirm the the effective component in each composition, Theirs solvent system for HPLC are: using system(methanol(0.1% acetic acid): water(0.1% acetic acid)) to separate those in flavone, using system (methanol: water) to separate the component in saponin or alkaloid.By useing ESI-MS , we find 32 kinds of chemitical components and some unknown components .Further rearches still need to be taken. After distilling these three effective compositions, research on the ability of those substance's antioxidation have been taken: compovund, the part when split The compound by several method, each herbs' water boiling liquid .It has been find that it just interpretat the principle of why choose those herbs in Qi-Xue-Bing-Zhi-Fang. It indicated also that the total saponin in Qi-Xue-Bing-Zhi-Fang has the ability of antioxidation, although it's antioxidation ability is not as stronger as flavone. The Alkaloid have no ability of antioxidation.Relations between the ability of antioxidation and subject's consequention have been studied.
