| ObjectiveiTo observe the clinical effectiveness of treatment with combination of traditional Chinese medicine with modern medicine to patient for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and the action of elevatig the respiratory function.Methods :The random contrast methods were adapt.compared with modern medicine,37 cases of COPD were treated by Qing-Jin-Ning-Fei liquid and modern medicine. Result:The respective rate of clinical controlled effectivness of treatment group and control group were 40.54% and 24.24% and the general effective rate were 94.59% and 87.87%.The treatment group have signficant difference compared with control group. FEVl%pred was increased significantly in treatment group,and have significant diffrence compared with control group. Conclusion: Compared with modern medicine only,Treatment of combination of Trditional Chinese Medicine with modern medicine more effective.
