Primary Study On Anti-hypertension Factor In Immune Milk

Immune milk is the milk contains specific antibody, which is the result of hyperimmunization of cows vaccined with selected antigens. Beside of milk antibody, immune milk also contains various cell factor induced by immune response, which can be transferred into milk during lactation. Anti-hypertension factor in immune milk is one of these factor . This research is to study the characters of Anti-hypertension factor. Our research results are as follows:24 strains of pathogenic bacteria(including 12 of E.coli,8 of Salmonella,3 of Shigella ) originated from human intestinal tract were selected As antigens, and dairy cows were immunized. The antibody titers against 24 pathogenic bacteria in immune milk were 26-29,about 64 folds of non-immune milk.We built the hypertension model of rat .which fed by immune milk powder , were The results showed that ,as declining the hypertension function .immunity milk powder were better than none immunity milk powder, 1g/kg of immune milk powder is better than 4g/kg of regular milk powder; 4g/kg of immune milk powder is better than 2g/kg and 1g/mg immune milk powder; 1g/kg, 2g/kg, 4g/kg of non milk powder had no distinctly differents.Using UF , ion-exchange and gel filtration chromatography methods, anti-hypertension factor(IMAF) was isolated and purified from immune milk . The anti-hypertension characteristics of IMAF was evaluated. The results were : (1)The effects of declined hypertension on IMAF is more distinct; (2)The optimal pathways for IMAF action is i.v, i.s >i.r>o.p in turn; (3) IMAF is negative charged smaller molecule. IMAF is neither protein or peptide, nor carbohydrate. It is a complex compound.
