Objectives:To explore the feasibility of determination the human milk contents bythe Human Milk Analyzer(HMA), to know the reference data of human milk contents indifferent lactation stages, to investigate the influencing factors of human milk contents, also including the relationship between the diet of thelastrias and the contents of humanmilk, and to help improve the quality of human milk and guide breastfeeding. Methods:According to the principle of informed consent and voluntary participation, the thelastrias who were from three days to nine months after partum were recruitedrandom and researched cross-sectionally. The human milk samples of those thelastriaswere collected and determinated with the Hongyang Human Milk Analyzer of HMA2000type. Also the error control experiment was carried out. Demographic data about selectedthelastrias, also pregnancy and lactation life and the diet were investigated.Results:(1)The minimum detection limit of protein, fat, lactose, mineral, moisture, energy and density with Human Milk Analyzer are0.30g/L,2.20g/L,2.00g/L,0.06g/L,708.70g/L,120.87kj and1.001kg/m~3, the maximum detection limit are29.90g/L,99.40g/L,186.10g/L,5.40g/L,1000.00g/L,1540.16kj and1.076kg/m~3; the relative standard deviation(RSD) of precision are0.43%,0.70%,0.45%,0.31%,0.15%,0.53%and0.00%in turn, theRSD for repeatability are1.75%,0.53%,1.81%,1.74%,0.23%,3.79%and0.08%successively; the average recovery rate of protein, fat, lactose and mineral are95.46%,99.18%,95.38%,95.27%. To keep human milk forty eight hours at16℃, there wassignificant difference among group of fat, moisture and density; the difference of data wasnot found among group of protein and mineral. To keep human milk one hundred andeighty hours at4℃, the difference of data was not found among group of protein, fat, lactose, mineral, moisture and density.(2)The protein of thirty seven colostrum samples, thirty two transitional milk samples and one hundred and sixty one mature milk samplesare13.03±1.00g/L,12.30±0.75g/L,11.29±0.84g/L; the fat are26.17±14.11g/L,41.41±14.71g/L,44.56±1.67g/L; the lactose are81.04±6.23g/L,76.43±4.71g/L,70.24±2.10g/L; the mineral are2.27±0.17g/L,2.32±0.13g/L,1.96±0.35g/L; themoisture are877.49±13.47g/L,867.72±13.14g/dl,872.42±7.38g/dl; the energy are 265.277±53.185kj,317.21±54.51kj,317.10±64.99kj; the density are1.033±0.003kg/m~3,1.030±0.003kg/m~3,1.027±0.003kg/m~3.(3)The relationship between the contentsof human milk and the months of infants: the functional relationship between the measuredvalue of protein in human milk(y) and the months of infants(x) is y=-0.2034*x+12.278; thefunctional relationship between the measured value of fat in human milk(y) and the monthsof infants(x) is y=1.5378*x+36.90; the functional relationship between the measured valueof lactose in human milk(y) and the months of infants(x) is y=-1.2739*x+76.373; thefunctional relationship between the measured value of mineral in human milk(y) and themonths of infants(x) is y=-0.0354*x+2.133; the functional relationship between themeasured value of moisture in human milk(y) and the months of infants(x) isy=0.0914*x+872.33; the functional relationship between the measured value of energy inhuman milk(y) and the months of infants(x) is y=3.5611*x+298.9; the functionalrelationship between the measured value of density in human milk(y) and the months ofinfants(x) is y=-0.0007*x+1.0301.(4) As the protein, lactose and mineral of human milk, there was significant difference among group of weight loss post partum, weight increaseafter pregnancy, weight ante partum, childbearing age, occupation, homestyle, stoolfrequency of infants(P<0.05). As weight loss post partum was concerned, in colostrum, theprotein of>10kg group was significantly higher than that of7-10kg group and <7kg group;the mineral of>10kg group and7-10kg group was significantly higher than that of <7kggroup. As weight increase after pregnancy was concerned, the protein, lactose, mineral intransitional milk of>19kg group was significantly higher than that of11-19kg group; theprotein, lactose and mineral in mature milk of11-19kg group,>19kg group wassignificantly higher than that of7-10kg group. As weight ante partum was concerned, theprotein, lactose and mineral in transitional milk of>=75kg group was significantly higherthan that of <66kg group and66-74kg group. As is childbearing age was concerned, theprotein, lactose and mineral in colostrum of30-40years old group was significantly higherthan that of26-29years old group and <=25years old group. As occupation was concerned, the protein, lactose and mineral in transitional milk of civil servant group was significantlyhigher than that of non-civil servant group. As homestyle was concerned, the protein, lactose and mineral in colostrum of stem family was significantly higher than that ofnon-stem family group. As the fat of human milk, there was significant difference amonggroup of family monthly income and family population(P<0.05). As family monthlyincome was concerned, the fat in mature milk of <3thousand yuan group was significantlyhigher than that of3-8thousand yuan group. As family population was concerned, the fat in mature milk of...
