Along with the exaltation of the life level and the old aged trends of the social, the incidence rate of abdominal aortic aneurysm ( AAA ) and thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm ( TAAA) which comes from the main cause of arteriosclerosis rising obviously.Surgical operation is the most valid methods to cure TAAA. But the Crawforvs operation and its changed operation, what we adopted now, need to lend support from huge equipment, and it has most complications, particularly the paralysis has not solved yet. So the surgical operation is difficult to popular. There is still large quantity of patients will lost their life or suffer from pains because of losing the timing and valid surgical operation. We cure the TAAA with the method of modified Hardyvs operation ? Drain the normal aorta blood to supply visceral and distal limbs with the help of Bypass artificial blood vessel, exclude the aortic aneurysm. By this method we gained ideal surgical operation result, there is no spinal cord ischemia occurrence. But there are some different points to this kind of operation from the current scholarship: whether it can prevent aneurysm from developing or rupture efficiently? To study the appliance of Modified Hardy's oper-ation, we pattern it on canine models and measure the heymodynamics marker, such as blood pressure, blood flow(BF) in the lumen, then we can give a science evaluation of it.Method1. Experiment object: Put eight healthy hybrid canine, which weigh 20 - 25 kg, provided by our school animal center, into one group.2. Experiment method: Carry the common carotid artery blood pressure to pressure transducer by a tube, then conduct the signal to multipurpose polygraph way I .We make the segment of aorta from Mesenteric artery to left kidney artery as model aneurysm lumen, then anastomosis bypass artificial vessel; Anastomosis proximal artificial vessel (diameter 6. 0 mm, dacron) to aorta by the Celiac trunk level, distal artificial vessel to a-orta below kidney artery, and Mesenteric artery and left kidney are an-astomosised to its branch; then we conduct blood pressure of model aneurysm lumen from left kidney artery to multipurpose polygraph way II ; and then we put a detecting head of electromagnetic flowmeter( diameter 5.0 mm) to aorta below right kidney artery, conduct signal to multipurpose polygraph way HI. Stab the bypass artificial vessel, conduct blood pressure of artificial vessel to hemomanometer.3. Result measurement: Put a silk thread coil aorta between celi-ac trunk and mesenteric artery, use a self - designed roller screw the thread from filling to ligation of aorta, then divided the screw angel into 8 equal gradation degrees (ligation point 1 to 8 ). Record the imitate pressure, BF of model aneurysm lumen and blood pressure of theartificial vessel lumen by different ligation point of the aneurysm neck, and then record the data of complete ligation combine with block of artificial vessel, finally fix silk thread in ligation point 7, make it attain a degree as clinical operation.4. Long - term result measurement; And - coagulate for one week ( heparin 2000 u + procaine 4 mg qd. im. ) . Measure the data 2 weeks later (ligation point 10).5. Statistics analysis: To express data by the form of mean ?standard deviation (x ?s) , handle them with student -1 test.ResultAll 8 canines common carotid artery blood pressure wave are stable. All data are tested by normal distribution. From ligation point 5 to 8, we can see the descent are obviously, nearby the ligation point 7, there is a near level steps as the ligation degree of clinical, so we make this point as the target ligation point. From ligation point 1 to 7, we can see:(1) Systolic blood pressure(SBP) declined by 199.3 mm Hg to 82.8 mm Hg; diastolic blood pressure (DBF) declined by 151.9 mm Hg to 73.1 mm Hg; mean blood pressure( MBP) of ligation point 7 is 76. 3 mm Hg, which descended 91.4 mm Hg.(2) The difference of pulse pressure declined by 47.4 mm Hg to 9.7 mm Hg, which declined by the pe...
