Clinical Research On Primary Dysmenorrhea Treated With "Tong Jing Ning

This thesis systematically expounded the condition of primary dysmenorrhea treated by Chinese medicine from the aspects of pathogenic factors and pathogenesis, the key point of differentiation, the type of syndrome, treatment and modern study of the disease. We expected it could direct our clinical diagnosis, treatment and scientific research.Professor Jin Ji Ling treated primary dysmenorrhea by Tong Jing Ning (prescription), resulted in good effect and it had the function of warming channels and removing blood stasis, regulating the flow of Qi to alleviate pain. We observed 40cases primary dysmenorrhea treated by Tong Jing Ning, and 30 cases treated by western medicine was as control group. The result was that: the cure rate of Tong Jing Ning group was 47%, and the cure rate of western medicine group was 20%. There had notable difference between the two groups after statistic analysis (P<0.05). The long-term effect of Tong Jing Ning was obviously superior to the western medicine.
