Qi-blood theory is important component part of basic therory of TCM . A lot of phsician made contribition to develop Qi-blood theory in history , Yang shiying is one of them , because he is a folk phsician .There are few people who know his contribition in developing Qi-blood theory .My object is a famous work of Yang shiying called Renzhai zhizhi fanglun (Renzhai synopsis of prescription.)I sum up Yang shiying' s academic idea through thorough search of much reference . I built a database system and carry deep research on medicine law of 557 prescriptions , to which we use the methods of mathematics-statistics and analytics-introduction by analysing 21 disease in this book . I think Yang shiying paid attention to Qi-blood very much by research . He studied and developed older generation' s idea . He elaborated the importance of Qi-blood on the base of the NEIGING , NANGING , SHANGHANLUN . He was attached importance to treat Qi-blood .His idea is original in using medicine .He made good use of his Qi-blood idea in the course of diagnosing and treating disease . He followed Qi-blood theory and held that we should treat Qi before blood and make up warm medicine in the course of treating disease . He maintained we should invigorate the circulation of blood before treat blood . In his treating blood prescriptions , he often used moving Qi and warm medicine . Yang shiying' s Qi-blood theory and his method of using medicine are an active inflence on descendants' s treating medical diseases .I think his method of using medicine will provide new thinking and expierence for today' s TCM clinic .
