Experimental Study On Sweet Taste And Cold Nature Purgation Treating The Syndrome Of Earth-dryness And Water-exhaustion In Rabbits

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of GanHanGongXia(relating Retaining Yin by emergent Application of purgatives with promoting producting of body fluid with Drugs of Sweet taste and Cold Nature)and Retaining Yin by emergent Application of purgatives methods in treatmenting of the syndrone of Earth-drynss and Water-exhaustion in Rabbits and compare excellent or inferior of them,Clarify the scientific quality of Retaining Yi by emergent Application of purgatives way .So not only providing theoretical foundation for clinic but also establishing basis for filtering more effective treatment Drugs .In some extent sumpplenting and developping purgation theory of zhang zhongjing.Material and Methods:The experimental rabbits were divided into four groups randomly (normal control group patholoy model group Jixiacunyin group and Ganhangongxia group), the Bismuth Subcarbonate feed was given in model groups for 2 days ,no water in the second day ;then furosemide was injected venously twice for dehydration every other one hour,and the dosage was twenty dosage of adult.Two hours after the second fuosemide being injected,the Endotoxin was injected by ear vessel with 20u g/Kg.And separately treated the rabbits through pouring into their stomach with Dchengqi Decoction and Ganhanjixia Decoction immediately oen hour before the endotoxin was injected and two hours after the endotoxin was injected,while the Normal Salin were given in the normal control group and patholoy model group for demands.observe indexesrthe main sumptoms signs and pathological changes of every group,and in babbits'blood we tested the level of WBC NO SOD MDA MSS -SH K+ Na+ blood plasma and whole blood viscosity,throgh scientific statistics we analyzed the meaning of every index used in the experiment.Result:First,two treated groups can remarkably meliorate the symptom. sign and the pathologic change of zang and fu organs ;second,improve the level of SOD -SH K+ Na+ andreduce the level of animal heat, WBC MDA blood plasma and whole blood viscosity. Compareing with these level of patholoy model group,while the significant difference were found (P<0.01),and significant differences(P<0.05orP<0.01) were foud between two teated groups. Third,For MMS, NO the level of two treated group were very signifcant differences(P<0.01) Coparing with that of patholoy model group,but there was no significant differences between two treated groups(P>0.05) finally the abdominal circumference change were no signifcant differences(P>0.05).So we can seen that the two means of therapy may correct the syndrome of Earth-dryness and Water-exhaustion in Rabbits and Ganhangongxia group was more than Jixiacunyin group.Conclusion:In experiment we found two treated ways can withstand the of Excess of fu-organs Sthenic heat Consumption of Yin of the syndrone of Earth-drynss and Water-exhaustion in Rabbits. Disscus the treating effect of two drugs on the level of cell and molecule.the machaism was as follow: First,Removing Fu-Organ-Sthenia Syndrome by Catharsis,and Removing the Heat-Toxin of Stomch and Intestines,so the damage was stopped to body for all deltenous gene; Second,Rmoving inflammation gene,ajusting inflammation medium and reducing the level of OFR,so lowered deleterious gene stimulation for body and holding back the happened inflammation more deteriorative,third,correcting disorder of electrolyte of body and making it resume new balance and improving Body Fluid of body and so on. We found the effect of promoting producting of body fluid with Drugs of Sweet taste Cold Nature group was more advantageous than it of Retaining Yin by emergent Application of purgatives group, seemingly saying there was effect of Retaining Yin by emergent Application of purgatives forDchengqi Decoction,but there was shortage for Nouring Yin.
