Experimental Research On The Effect Of XiaoXinTong Capsule On Myocardial Ischemia And Its Mechanism

XiaoXinTong Capsule(XXT) has a good clinical effect on angina pectoris. To further prove its therapeutic effectiveness and discuss its functional mechanism on myocardial ischemia, this study used isoproterend (ISO) to induce myocardial ischemia in rats and observed the effects of XXT on the ECG, CK, CK-MB, LDH, ET, CGRP and other related indexes in animal models, and compared them with the group of DiAoXinXueKang Capsule(DAXXK), the group of model and the normal group simultaneously. The results indicated:1. After the control group was made into the myocardial segment model, the related indexes changed, indexes such as the STH segment of ECG rises, CK,CK-MB,LDH and ET went up compared with the control group. But the level of CGRP had no obvious difference between the groups.2. XXT could resist the change of STII in myocardial ischemia inrats, which was particularly obvious in the middle and the high dosage group(P<0.05).3. XXT could decreased the levels of CK,CK-MB,LDH and ET in myocardial ischemia in the rats The middle and the high dosage group were especially effective in these indexes (P<0.05). And the differences between XXT and DAXXK had no statistical significance (P>0.05). All the medicated group had no obvious effect on the level of CGRP(P>0.05).4. The results of cutting sections of myocardial tissues for microscpic examination showed that XXT could inhibit the myocardical injury from ischemia.The above-mentioned results have indicated that XXT was the most effective in improving the change of STII segament of ECG during myocardial ischemia, reduing the levels of CK,CK-MB,LDH and ET in blood and alleviating the myocardial injury. Therefore, XXT is an effective drug for treating angina pectoris, which is worthy of going into further studying.
