Clinical Research On Endometriosis Treated By The Method Of Promoting Blood Circulation And Removing Blood Stasis

This research analyzes the essence of stagnant blood syndrome of endometriosis and the effect of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis from aspects of theory and clinic.First, based on the physiology and pathology of menstruation and pathogenic character of emmeniopathy, and referred to the related literature of the traditional Chinese medicine, we elaborated that the cause of endometriosis were six exogenous factors,seven emotions,maladjustment of work and rest,traumatic injuries, and somatoplasm, et al. Blood stasis was the pathogenic Key.Secondly, There were 75 cases treated with the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Among them, 39 cases treated with multiple treatment (oral Chinese herbs + retention-enema and iontophoresis + medicine parcel fomentation), 7 cases were cured, 15 cases were markedly effective. 12 cases were effective. 5 cases were no effect. The total effective rate was 87.18%. 36 cases as the compare cases, treated with only oral Chinese herbs, 2 cases were cured. 8 cases were markedly effective. 11 cases were effective. 14 cases were no effect. The total effective rate was 61.11%. Compared between the two treatments, the method of multiple treatments was superior to only oral Chinese herbs treatment (p<0.05).
