The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Safflor Yellow In The Treatment Of Hemorrhagic Apoplexy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Safflor Yellow in the treatment of hemorrhagic apoplexy patients by observing the changes of blood stasis hematoma volume,NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score,blood coagulation index,liver and kidney function,evaluate the efficacy and safety of Safflor Yellow pigment,provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:A randomized controlled clinical study was conducted in 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria.They were Randomly divided into treatment group and control group(40 cases).The two groups were given medical treatment according to guidelines established by"Chinese Medical Association Chinese formulated the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage2014 "as a guide,making treatment and routine treatment of clinical pathway for cerebral hemorrhage,the treatment group on the basis of medical treatment plus " safflor yellow".The two groups were treated for a course of two weeks,after the treatment,the change of blood stasis hematoma volume,NIHSS score,TCM symptom score,and coagulation function,liver and kidney function and other safety indicators were observed.Then statistical analysis was performed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of safflor yellow in the treatment of patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke.Results:(1)A total of 80 patients were included in this study,the experimental observation of patients with a total of 75 cases,the treatment group dropped out of 2 patients,the control group fell off in 3 cases,the total loss rate was 6.25%.(2)patients in the two groups before entering the group of gender,age,location of cerebral hemorrhage and complication were compared(P>0.05),no difference between the general situation of the two groups of patients.(3)After treatment,7 days and 14 days of the two groups of patients,their hematoma volume,NIHSS score,the TCM symptom score compared with before treatment,the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05);after treatment,the hematoma volume compared with the control group(P<0.05),they have differences;after the treatment in the control of NIHSS score in treatment group compared with the group(P<0.05),neural function defect score in treatment group was lower;TCM symptom score after treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05),was statistically significant,the treatment group symptom rating level improved significantly compared with the control group.(4)The result of analysis showed that after treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 97.37%,The total effective rate of the control group was 81.08%(P<0.05).(5)Safety analysis:the patients in the treatment process did not have adverse reactions,coagulation,liver and kidney function before and after treatment were not statistically significant.Conclusion:The study showed that Safflor Yellow can promote blood stasis,improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of patients,does not affect the function of liver and kidney function in patients with coagulation,beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients,is the effective method of treatment of hemorrhagic stroke patients.Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis therapy is worthy of further clinical application.
