| Objective:To sum up theoretical basis and law of prescriptions and medications of treating chronic hepatitis B mainly by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis from the literature. By extraction of the core prescription and preliminary observation of curative effect though controlled clinical trial, aims at providing theoretical support and reference for reasonable administration and improvement of curative effect.Methods: After systematically reviewing and analyzing theoretical basis of the treatment of chronic hepatitis B by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, integrating data mining method from the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system was used to analyze the medication rule of treating chronic hepatitis B mainly by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis out of nearly 40 years of domestic periodical literature. By extraction of the core prescription for chronic hepatitis B, the curative effect of which in improving clinical symptoms and signs, protecting liver and anti-liver fibrosis were evaluated by conduting randomly and controlled clinical trial.Results: The pathological factors of chronic hepatitis B include dampness, heat, toxin, blood stasis, stagnation and deficiency, all of which can lead to blood stasis. Through data mining and extraction, results found that the core prescription was consisted of salviae miltiorrhizae, radix paeoniae rubra and angelica sinensis, radix paeoniae alba, polygonum cuspidatum, hedyotis diffusa, radix bupleuri, radix curcumae, astragalus, atractylodes macrocephala koidz, wolfiporia extensa and liquorice and medication laws of addition and subtraction with symptoms, which had curative effect advantages in reducing symptoms and signs, liver damage resistance and anti-liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Conclusions: Coexistence of dampness, heat, toxin, blood stasis, stagnation and deficiency and compatible with each other was the basic pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B, in which blood stasis was the key factor and the method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis should be applied to each stage of this disease. The core prescription that was based on clinical data mining and extraction with salviae miltiorrhizae as the core herb and accompanied by herbs for clearing heat and promoting dampness, relieving liver and reinforcing spleen and supplementing qi and nourishing blood, has manifested the medication rule of “treating liver deficiency syndrome through supplement of sour-flavored herbs or heart fire supported by scorched bitter-flavored herbs or regulation by sweet-flavored herbs that mentioned in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber and showed certain advantages for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. |
