| Objective: To study the effects of Shenmai injection (SMI) on irradiated damage in blood system of mice. Methods: Models of leucocytopenia induced by irradiation were prepared by 60Co -ray. Results: The results showed that SMI had inhibited action on sweat, chill, spirit sag, especially had therapeutic effects on leucocytopenia in peripheral blood and reduces of nucleus cells in bone marrow induced by irradiation of 60Co -ray. Conclusion: SMI had protection and therapeutic effects on leucocytopenia of mice induced by irradiation.
