Serological Screening Of Human Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma-Associatied Antigens By Autoantibodies

Objective: Screening human Nasopharyngeal carcinoma-associatied antigens. Materials and Methods: Sera and tumor tissues were obtained during routine diagnostic or therapeutic procedures and were stored at -80℃ or in liquid nitrogen until use. Construction of human Nasopharyngeal carcinoma cDNA expiession library. Immunological screening of the NPC cDNA expression library, DNA sequencing and analysing with DNASIS and BLAST softwares in EMBL and GenBank.Results: (1) The library consisted of 1.9×108 recombinants. (2) By using SEREX technology, 10 positive clones were obtained after immunoscreening, and 8 of 10 the nucleotide sequences of cDNA inserts were determined and analysed with DNASIS and BLAST softwares in EMBL and GenBank.Conclusions: Of these genes , we might obtain novel genes.
