Effects Of Chinese Herbs HYW (Hong Yuan Wan Decoction) On Immune Functions Of Traumatized Mice

ObjectiveIt is to explore the effects of Chinese herbs HYW (Hong Yuan Wan decoction) on immune function of traumatized mice.Methodswe divided 40 mice into four groups randomly. They were normal group, normal treating group, trauma group and trauma treating group. The mice in normal group and normal treating group were not modeled. The mice in trauma group and trauma treating group were made closed fracture on single posterior leg by the hemostatic forceps. After one hour being modeled, the mice in normal treating group and trauma treating group were given HYW orally(0.7ml/day/mouse); At the same time, the mice in normal group and trauma group were given the same volume physiological saline with the same method. The immune indexes were detected seven days later respectively.ResultsCompared with the normal group and trauma treating group, the function of phagocytosis of peritoneal MΦ, RBC-Cab receptor rosette rate, RBC immunocomplex rosette rate and serum hemolysin of the mice in the trauma group declined significantly on the seventhday(P<0. 05}, nevertheless, there were no significant difference of the function of phagocytosis of peritoneal MΦ, RBC-C3b receptor rosette rate, RBC immunocomplex rosette rate and serum hemolysin of the mice between the trauma treating group and normal group (P>0. 0$).ConclusionsHYW has the ability to improve the function of phagocytosis of peritoneal MΦ, increase RBC-C3b receptor rosette rate and RBC immunocomplex rosette rate and regulate low humoral immunity' s function of the traumatized mice .HYW was effective for improving the disorder of immune function of traumatized mice.
