Clinical Summary On The Treatment Of The Congenital Hip Dislocation By Pemberton Operation

Objective: To clinically .summarize on operative method and curative effects on the cases of congenital hip dislocation in children by Pemberton operation. Methods: Retrospective study 24 hip congenital dislocation of 18 children (from 1992 to 2000), who were treated by Pemberton operation and were followed-up average 6. 3 years . Results:"The results is valued by two aspects .They are clinical function and X-ray. The results were excellent in 12 cases , good in 4 cases and fire in 2 cases .The exellent and good rate is 88.9% . Conclusion: Pemberton operation is a effective one in treating the congenital hip dislocation from 1 to 6 years old.
