| In recent years, the "3+2" clinical training mode innovation of medical undergraduates has been carried out in our university. The new mode has been beneficial to the development of students' comprehensive quality and practice ability, moreover received experts' high praise. But the evaluation method continues to use the traditional ways of single subject and static method. The method can' t reflect the mutual connection and dynamic change of teaching and learning, and can' t evaluate students' quality and the effect of teaching reformation either. In a word, it can' t satisfy the need of the new mode of medical undergraduats' training.In this research, firstly, we made an items system on the comprehensive quality of the military medical students through two turns of expert consultation; Secondly, based on the process evaluation on education management, we brought forward some concept of process evaluation on comprehensive quality, dynamic accumulation and dynamic advancement index. Eventually, we made up an process evaluation software on students' comprehensivequality by means of Access database. Thus a number of students' relevant message can be collected by network and be analyzed by the database , and the quality evaluation becomes more intellective and practicable .We selected 60 students respectively from the "3+2" innovational mode and the "4+1" traditional mode at random , and we applied the items system and software on the selected students firstly. Results showed that the guideline system and software were scientific, feasible and advanced, which could be spred in the military medical school. In the meanwhile, results showed that the comprehensive quality of the students trained by the "3+2" model were higher who showed superiority on morality, speciality, mind and basic ability quality, which proved that the reformation of the training mode was successful. The reformation in our university has kept pace with the developing situation of quality education and innovation education , which will promote the development of students' comprehensive quality and the training of military health person. |
