Through Comprehensive evaluation of medical quality for a hospital from2006to2010.This can be seen the overall work level in a hospital, which hospital can find its own problems and summarize the experiences. To formulate development strategy of hospital, updated medical management philosophy and use modern management methods for the hospital manager. It may provide the theoretical basis for the medical service quality control.Methods This paper selected index through literature analysis and expert consultation method. We selected the representative of18medical quality indicators to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system. The dates were analyzed with statistic method of principal component and then we got total scores.ResultsThe single index analysis:Medical quantity index:with outpatient quantity increase, the number of discharge and operation quantity increases progressively year by year, the increase in the working quantity of medical staff. Efficiency quality index:From2006to2010, among5years the hospital bed efficiency index of more than1, is highly efficient operation. In2010reached the highest, bed efficiency index is1.68, ranking first in5years; Diagnostic quality index: Controlled the State Ministry of health management file specified criteria, diagnostic quality indicators are qualified, But the quality is not stable; Treatment of quality indicators:the hospital ward in critically ill patients rescue success rate on the low side.
