Related Factors Of Patients In Whom Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome

Objective: To study the correlate factors of OHSS.Methods: Compare the clinical and laboratory parameters in patients in whom OHSS develops with those in whom it does not develop.Results: Comparing with non-OHSS patients, the OHSS patients had the tendency of larger ovarian size, more number of oocytes retrieved, high rate of pregnancy. In addition, the moderate and severe OHSS patients were significantly younger, received lower doses of Gn,had the increased prevalence of allergy. Comparing with late OHSS patients, early OHSS patients were younger, had higher level of serum E2 concentration after controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.Conclution: Judicious monitoring and treatments; of patients who had high risk factor probably would prevent and reduce the OHSS.
