Recently the neuropeptide released by the neural end in lung was paid attention to, which break a new method to treatment of asthma. The neural regulate system in airway including not only the typical cholinergic and adrenergic but also NANC and his transmitter - neuropeptide. which do a lot to asthma and NANC release NKA NKB SP through axon reflex mechanism take effect on airway and cause airway smooth muscle to contract, And make the plasm release and make high reactivity. Sensory nerve is one of the 20 Neuropeptide. Because they have the effect of contraction so was called rapid kinin. SP NKA NKB is common. SP is an important sensory neuropeptide, which located around the vessel smooth muscle, under the mucosa gland. SP take effect through NK,. Shang confirmed that the SPmRNA was been up regulated in asthmatic guinea pig lung and plasm. The object of this investigation is to compare the content of NK1 mRNA in asthma guinea pig with the normal one.Mucosolvan is a new mucolytic agent. Which was paid attention to recently. The relation between Mucosolvan and asthma is unknown. The object of this investigation was to observe if mucosolvan could down - regulation the level of NK1mRNA in asthmatic guinea pig. So on the base of investigation the NK1 mRNA distribution and content in asthma guinea pig lung. This test also ob-serves the action of mucosolvan to SP content in asthma guinea pig lung. The relation clarified by this test between NK1mRNA and asthma could make a new method and clinical base to asthma.Objects( 1 ) To explore the distribution and content in asthmatic guinea pig lung. ( 2 ) To explore the effect of mucosolvan to the distribution and content of NK,mRNA in asthmatic guinea pig lung.Methods( 1 ) asthmatic model of guinea pig : according with Huton method : put the single guinea pig into the container ,make he inhale 1%OVA at the 1 4 7day three minutes, at the 21st day make he inhale 2% OVA five minutes in order to make he gasp. If the guinea pig come to cough, sneeze, dyspnea, and gasp, expire difficulty or nod or can be heard wheeze we should consider the model is succeed. The control group inhale NS has no the syndrome above.( 2 ) the 40 guinea pigs are selected with the same age and the same weight and breed with the same condition. Half part female and male were divided into three groups at random. The control group : inhale NS at 21 stday , but the asthmatic group inhales 1% OVA 21 days. Mucosolvan prevention group: after inhale 7 days 1 % OVA inhale Mucosolvan 14 days , two times during one - day each.
