The Clinic Study Of The Tuo Li Xiao Du San To Chronic Osteomyelitis

[Purpose]: Study the treatment of Tuo Li Xiao Du San to Chronic osteomyelitis.[Method]: From November 200lto April 2004,there were 68 cases of chronic osteomyelitis being treated.All the cases corresponded with the diagnostic standard of chronic osteomyelitis.X-rays confirmed: the patients were numbered according to the subsequent order ,after their going into the hospital.divided into two groups at random.In two groups, one was the observing part which had 35 cases, the other was the constrating part which had 33 cases. The two groups'situations were consistent basically. The observing part was taken orally Tuo LI Xiao Du San of add and substract, and given focal clearing according to the circumstances, and Change a medical preseription with Sheng Ji YU Hong Gao for external use. The constrating part was given bactercal culture and drug sensitivity test,phleboclysis susleptibility antibiotic. The local wound's surface are given focal clearing according to the circumstances ,and the gentamicin ribbon gauze was treated routinely.[Result]: The healting time of the wound' s surface of the observing part shortened obviously,and the recurrence rate is low, and the course of disease is shortened.[Conclusion] : The treat of Tuo Li Xiao Du San to chronic osteomyelities is effective.
