This Experiment Explains Effect Of Acupuncture On NO, SOD And LPO In Testis Of The Make-Aged Mouse

Purpose: This experiment explains effect of acupuncture on NO,SOD and LPO in testis of the make-aged small rats.Method: by using the biochemical way to test the content of NO, SOD and LPO in testis of the make-aged small rats.Results: The consequence of the experiment: Compared with the young mordel group,NO content remarkably increase, SOD content remarkably increase, LPO content remarkably decreased in testis in the acupunctured group. Compared with the aged group,NO content remarkably increase, SOD content remarkably increase, LPO content remarkably decreased in testis in the acupnctureed group.Conclusion:Statistical analysis shows that acupuncture on the make-aged small rats " Zu San Li" and " Guan Yuan " can strengthen the system of antioxidation and inhibit the reaction of lipidperoxidation and oppose the course of aging.
