[Objective] to study the mechanism and curative effectiveness of the KangNingHuXin(KNHX-lI) on reducing inflammatory reaction in myocardial ischemia and reperfusion.[Method] 48 rats were randomly allocated into 6 groups, which were established acute myocardial infarction and reperfusion models. One group was sham-operation group, others were given as follows: saline, low-dosage of KNHX-â…¡, normal-dosage of KNHX-â…¡, high-dosage of KNHX-I1 and ticlopidine. P-selectins in the plasma of rats were masured.[ Results ] P-selectins in the plasma of rats were greatly increased in low-dosage of KNHX-â…¡, normal-dosage of KNHX-â…¡ and high-dosage of KNHX-â…¡. And with the dosage increasing, the effect was obvious. Histological observation showed that KNHX-â…¡ could reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells in myocardium after reperfusion.[Conclusion] KNHX-â…¡ could reduce inflammatory reaction and relevant pathological changes.
