Experimental Research On Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Yiweixiaozeng Capsule

CAG is a common digestive systematic disease that gastritis becomes thinner, appropriate organization atrophied, or having the change of bowel, unmethodical growing are its' flavor. In 1978 WHO has defined it as one of the precancerous lesions. Because its' malady complex, there isn't an effctive therapeutic method. But in recent years the TCM has shown its advantages.Professor GongZhanYue uses YiWeiXiaoZeng capsule to remedy CAG and have good remedy results. In order to probe into the therapeutics mechanism of the prescription, we have carried out animal experiment.We tried to observe the changes of the CAG model rats' ordinary condition, gastric juice PH levels, pepsin activity, GAS levels, SS levels and pathological change. The result shows: YiWeiXiaoZeng capsule could increase GAS levels, decrease gastric juice PH levels, improve the pepsin activity(p<0.01). It improve the CAG model rats' gastritis atrophic, IM, ATP and inflammation obviously. It also provide the theoretical base and effective therapeutic method for the treatment of CAG .
