Objective(1)To search for the epiopathology of coronary heart disease and to offer evidence in theory to diagnose coronary heart disease patients. (2)To find out a new prophylactic way and a new treatment for coronary heart disease. Methods(1) From Feburary to October,2001 according to clinic symptoms, ECG, biochemical examination and angiocardiography, some coronary heart disease patients were convinced in the second hospital of SXMU. Serum had been obtained from these patients and healthy people who weye examined in the second hospital examination centre of SXMU.(2) FUSA was used to detect Cpn-IgG, Cpn-IgM, Cpn-IgA, CMV-IgG, CMV-IgM; HP-IgG, HP-IgM in serum of control group and patient groups. The results were analyzed with Chi-square test (X2).(3) To detect the content of homocysteine in serum of coronary heart disease group and of control group with fluorescence of polarization immunoassay. To compare the sample mean with population mean so that the relation between infection and homocysteine could be analyzed.Results(1) ELISA was used to detect the rate of positive antibody to Chlamydia pneumoniae in serum of coronary heart disease patients and controls.Cpn-IgM(X2=20.522,p<0.01), Cpn-IgA(X2=16.904,p<0.01)in serum of controls. There was no difference in Cpn-IgG(X2=0.03l,p>0.05). (2)The rate of positive antibody to HCMV in serum of coronary heart disease and controls was detected by ELISA . CMV-IgM (X2=28.476,p<0.01) and CMV-IgM(X2=20.909,p<0.01) in serum of patients are much higher than those of controls.(3) Helicobacter pylori was detected in serum of patient group and control group.Ihere were no differences in serum, HP-IgG(X2=0.022,p>0.05), HP-IgM(X2=0.346,p>0.05).(4) ELISA was used to detect the rate of positive Chlamydia pneumoniae and cytomegalovirus ,the rate of positive antibody to Chlamydia pneumoniae and helicobacter pylori and the rate of positive cytomegalovirus and helicobacter pylori in serum of coronary heart disease respectively is 12.257,1.071 and 0.787. Only infection of Chlamydia pneumoniae and cytomegalovirus at the same time have the obstructive statistic difference.(5) The average content of homocysteine in the group of positive Cpn-IgG is 17.16umol/L4n the group of positive IgG and IgA is 26.67 umol/L, in thegroup of positive IgG,IgA and IgM is 30.205umol/L.The content of homocysteine increased with the development of infection. To compare every group with the apex of normal extent ,the results of every group are:t1=1.411, p>0.05; t2=3.3443, p<0.01; t3=3.346, p<0.01. (6)The content of homocysteine in serum of coronary heart disease patients who were infected by cytomegalovirus is 26.498umol/L(rnie normal is 5-15umol).To compare with the apex of normal extent ,t=3.480> p<0.01 (7) There is no relation between the rate of positive Helicobacter pylori infection and content of homosteine in serum. Conclusions(1) HCMV and Chlamydia Pneumoniae infection is relevant to the Pathogenicity of coronary heart disease so that we should pay attention to them in diagnosis and treatment.(2) The relation between Helicobacter pylori infection and coronary heart disease can not be confirmed.(3) There is no relation between Helicobacter pylori infection and the content of homocysteine in serum.(4) There is relation between infection of Chlamydia Pneumoniae and cytomegalovirus and the content of homocysteine in serum.
