A Case-control Study On The Risk Factors Of Cholelithiasis

Objective To explore influencing factors of cholelithiasis to determine the inter-implications between cholelithiasis and varions risk and protective factors and thus to workout the potential implications for interventions and prevention. Methods The case and control were screened with the B-mode ultrasonography ' and they was matched in a 1:1 manner. Results Monovceriate analysis showed that sixteen factors such as history of cholelithiasis in family and diet habit ect were associated with cholelithiasis with OR value move than one, After ajudgements for raulty confounding factor, family history, heavy greasyfood and drinking as well as high content of HDL are implicated in the develonfonent of cholelithiasis. Conclusion The followed that family history heavy greasy food drinking and hish content of HDL, might be the risk factors for cholelithiasis and that they act in an indepentent way.
