Studies On Quality Standard Of Wei-kang Granules

Objective To establish an eligible qualitive and quantitative analysis system of Wei-kang Granules for better quality control; to carry out an experiment on preliminary stability for the preparations of clinic test and industral production.Methods The sanchi,medicinal evodia fruit and glycyrrhizia were identified by TLC and the optimal development conditions were fumbled about.A TLC-sannering method was developed to determine the astragaloside IV in the preparation,also the sampling condition,development condition and the determine comdition were groped.Spectrophotometry was developed to determine common corbit. Also studies on preliminary stability were carried out.Results In the identification test there's the same colour speck in the preparation Chromatography as that in the reference.The astragaloside IV was required no less than 1.6mg and the common corbit no less than 31.5mg. The experiment on preliminary stability showed that the prepation was stable in 3 months.Conclutions The assay method was feasible and rational.lt was validated in the quality control.On the basis of the quantitative analysis method for astragaloside Wand the common corbit,quality standard of was drafted.
