Technology And Quality Standard. Flat Stomach Capsule Study

With the guidance of the theories of Traditiona1 Chinese Medicine and Phamacy(TCMP), Ping-Wei capsule has been studied on preparation procedure and qualitystandard by the modern scientific method. According to their different s01ubi1ity,the effective components in the prescription were extracted in different reys.The option extract conditions were screened with orthogona1 method. And a1so studiedon the extraction of volati1e oi1 and the combination of 5 --cyclodextin 'ithvo1ati1e oi1. Some amount of the production of Ping-wei capsu1e showed that theprocedure is reasonable, stab1e and practica1. The quality standard inc1udes thethin layer chromatogTaphy (TLC) identification of four Chinese herbs in theprescription and the determination of the d--Matrine was assayed by doub1e--wavesTLC--scanning. The results indicated that the method is sufficiently simp1e,sensitive and reDroducible. The resu1ts of the study on the pre1iminary stabilityof three batches of Ping--wei capsu1e were stab1e.
